One of the most exciting albums I worked on, the drums were recorded in a garage in February 2010. The music has a nice sluggish feel to it. A fond memory I have is venturing into Boston to have the album mastered.

The kit was a mix of new and old Ludwig shells and a DW metal snare. The kick was a 24" vintage drum, no front head, and was draped in a massive, thick blanket. The echo in the garage made it pretty difficult to hear the click at times; there are some parts in the recording where you can hear the click bleed since I had it cranked to battle the natural reverb.
